Trump Invades Venezuela, Offers to Trade Maduro for Hunter Biden
Trump Confirms Maduro in Custody, Says Deal Is On the Table: “We Get Hunter, They Get a Second Chance at Socialism. Very Generous."
CARACAS — President Donald J. Trump announced early Saturday that U.S. forces had successfully conducted a surprise extraction of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro… and then immediately offered to trade him for Hunter Biden in what Trump described as “the most incredible hostage swap maybe ever, possibly in history.”
Speaking from Mar-a-Lago, Trump declared,
“We’ve captured a bad hombre. Very, very bad. Some people say the worst. We went in, did what Sleepy Joe couldn’t do… and now, I’ve got him. And I’m willing to make a deal. Probably the best deal in the history of deals. We give them their socialist friend back, and we get Hunter Biden. And maybe the laptop.”
The mission was reportedly greenlit after Trump overheard an aide say “Venezuela has a lot of oil and a barely functioning military.” Within hours, what one general described as “a small but enthusiastic private militia and a few confused Marines” were deployed to Caracas.
Details remain sketchy, but sources confirm that several strategic bombs were dropped, Maduro was detained, and First Lady Cilia Flores reportedly screamed, “This is a violation of international law!” to which a U.S. operative allegedly responded, “Ma’am, we don’t do that here.”
Trump posted a photoshopped poster showing him shirtless, riding an oil rig into Caracas with the caption “They said I couldn’t do it. I did it. You’re welcome.” to Truth Social shortly after the raid.
Critics argue the operation lacked legal justification, and congressional approval,. Supporters counter that Trump “made a bold move, like in Monopoly,” and that the U.S. now has “leverage, bigly leverage.”
Democratic leaders declined the trade proposal but offered to “circle back” after checking Hunter’s calendar.
“We appreciate the President’s… enthusiasm,” said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, “but we are not in the business of exchanging detained foreign leaders for adult children, even controversial ones.”
When asked if he would consider the deal, former President Biden chuckled and said, “C’mon man, I already told you: I don’t negotiate with Mar-a-Lago.” He then wandered offstage to pet a golden retriever that no one else could see.
Maduro is expected to be tried in a U.S. court for narco-terrorism, conspiracy, and “possessing one of the world’s most punchable mustaches.” His legal team has filed a motion to have the case moved to The Hague, citing “way less Florida.”
Hunter Biden, on the other hand, is reportedly unaware of the trade offer and is currently on a speaking tour. When asked for comment, he texted back, “lol what.”
Whether the exchange happens or not, Trump remains characteristically confident: “We’ve got the oil, we’ve got the guy, and we’ve got the leverage. All I want now is my Nobel Peace Prize. Or an Emmy. Either’s fine.”
